Harmon A. Smith, M.D. specializes in Internal Medicine and works in Urgent Care. He offers comprehensive preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD and arthritis.
He serves as Medical Director of Mercy Heart, a community clinic serving the uninsured, indigent residents of Rockdale County.

Dr. Shewmake earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. She then attended the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program where she completed a residency in family medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Shewmake has over 10 years of experience and specializes in the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Her special interests include preventative health care and decreasing health care disparities.
In her spare time, Dr. Shewmake enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Gaby Calero, MD, received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Presence Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Calero is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Calero specializes in Family Medicine and works in Urgent Care. She is bi-lingual in Spanish.
In her spare time, Dr. Calero enjoys singing, playing the guitar and Salsa dancing. She relocated back to Georgia to spend time with family and her dog Rex.

She earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at Western Michigan University. She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland. Dr. Yang has been practicing medicine for four years. Dr. Yang specializes in family medicine.
