Heath Hampton, M.D., earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia and then completed his residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Hampton has served the community for over 10 years as a primary care physician. He offers comprehensive preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease and arthritis.

In his spare time, Dr. Hampton enjoys making memories with his family, which includes many trips to his favorite place in the world - Disney. He also enjoys travel ball and teaching Sunday school.

Henry Patton, M.D., earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and then completed his residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. As a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Patton is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.

Dr. Patton has served the community for over 30 years as a primary care physician. He offers comprehensive preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease and arthritis.

In his spare time, Dr. Patton enjoys gardening, genealogy and history. He loves to spend time with his family, especially his nine grandchildren. He has served as the chair of the Newton County Board of Health since 1983. He is an active volunteer at the Willing Helper’s Clinic, providing care to the indigent population of Newton County.

Kwon Choe, M.D., earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and then completed his residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Choe has served the community for nearly 20 years as a primary care physician. He offers comprehensive preventive care as well as the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease and arthritis.

In his spare time, Dr. Choe enjoys cycling, snowboarding and spending time with his young family. His grilling skills have earned him the reputation as the “Grill Master” among his friends and family.
