Tia Neely, MD is a Family Medicine physician and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Neely owned and operated a private practice in Adel, Georgia from 2003-2021 where she focused on pediatrics, women's health, adult chronic care management, acute care, and preventive medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Developing personal relationships with her patients over time allows Dr. Neely to offer more complete and compassionate care.

In his spare time, Dr. Hill enjoys fishing, traveling, classic cars and community service. He serves his community in many volunteer roles and has been the Mayor of Commerce since 2012.

Rene’ treats patients age 15 and older. She has a special place in her heart for those in need and is always looking for a way to help others. Rene’ also enjoys teaching other nurse practitioner students and helping to mold the next generation of health care professionals.
