Dr. Zainab Amin, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician hailing from Lahore, Pakistan. She pursued her medical education at Washington University of Health and Sciences in Belize and completed her residency at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, AZ. Having conducted her core clinical rotations in Atlanta, GA, she is drawn back to the region due to her deep affinity for its medical community. Dr. Amin's dedication to Family Medicine stems from her desire to cultivate enduring patient relationships and deliver comprehensive, lifelong care.
Dr. Amin is proficient in both English and her native language, Urdu.
During her leisure time, she treasures moments with loved ones and delights in exploring new destinations.
Amber Zafar, MD, MPH, is board-certified in Family Medicine with a Master of Public Health and has been treating patients for 25 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Zafar enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and traveling in her free time.
Chasity Reese, D.O., earned her medical degree in osteopathic medicine at Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She then completed her family medicine residency at Danville Regional Medical Center in Danville, Virginia. She is board certified in family medicine and has almost 5 years of clinical experience.
Courtney Hawkins is a knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient-focused professional with 29 years of experience as a nurse with 14 years of experience in hospice. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Courtney is recognized for providing excellent primary care and end-of-life care to patients suffering from multiple diagnoses in home settings, assisted care, and long-term care facilities. She is instrumental in determining best care by conducting thorough clinical assessments, including interpreting lab results, reading preliminary x-rays, and analyzing results of imaging. She is an articulate communicator with demonstrated history of nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers. Courtney excels at delivering support to nurses/physicians with development of treatment plans for her patients/family members on managing their health issues.
