Video visits, also known as telehealth or virtual visits, allow you to meet with Piedmont primary care providers from the comfort of your home via smart phone, tablet, or computer for the same cost as an in-person visit. Use for COVID-19, cold, cough, fever or flu-like symptom evaluation; COVID consult visit prior to rapid testing or antibody testing; medication refills; Medicare annual wellness visits; test results reviews; changing treatment plans; behavioral health, including depression and anxiety; or follow-ups after hospital discharge.

Ann M. Joyner Blair, DNP, FNP, NP-C, BC-ADM, CDE completed her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. She earned a MSN degree from Troy University in Phenix City, Alabama and a BSN degree from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. After completion of her MSN degree, Ann became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Blair is Board-Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management by the American Association of Diabetes Educators and is a Certified Diabetes Educator by the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators.
Judith Battle Goggans MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is an adult primary care nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Judith is an experienced Registered Nurse/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with many years of management, medical-surgical, home health and long-term care experience. She is a member of the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia association and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Judith is the proud mother of four sons and two granddaughters and currently enjoys her job working as a NP in the Midtown Medical Clinic at Piedmont Columbus Regional, where the focus is transitions of care management for post-discharge patients and chronic disease state management for Piedmont Columbus Regional employees.
