Dr. Chu has been practicing medicine for 7 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Chu was practicing at Kaiser Permanente.
Dr. Chu specializes in spine and sports conditions that include neck and low back pain, tailbone pain, joint pain, and musculoskeletal pain. Treatments include variety of procedures which include: Epidural steroid injections, Facet injections and medial branch blocks, Radiofrequency ablations, Spinal cord stimulator trial, Shoulder, hip, and knee injections including genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation, Sacroiliac joint injections and radiofrequency ablation, and Piriformis injections.
Dr. Chu has a special interest in partnering with people to overcome their pain so they can live the lives they want to live. In his spare time, Dr. Chu enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, basketball and mountain biking. Dr. Chu is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Dr. Xu’s primary focus is to develop a treatment plan to improve functionality in order to help improve patients’ quality of life. He does this through a combination of conservative and interventional modalities (procedures and surgeries).
Dr. Xu treats spine disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral spine, coccyx pain, sacroiliac joint pain, piriformis syndrome, post-laminectomy syndrome, sympathetic pain and CRPS (Complex regional pain syndrome), musculoskeletal conditions (muscle pain, tendinopathy, and joint pain), along with many other conditions through a variety of procedures some of which include:

Dr. McCabe specializes in spine, musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic medicine. She is passionate about enhancing and restoring functional ability and quality of life for her patients utilizing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach. She is proficient in ultrasound guided joint injections, trigger point injections and fluoroscopic- guided joint injections and utilizes these skills along with medication management, therapeutic exercise and psychological support to help her patients heal and thrive. She also performs electromyography (EMG) studies to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathies. Dr. McCabe also performs Botox injections to treat conditions such as spasticity, thoracic outlet syndrome and chronic migraine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
In her spare time, Dr. McCabe enjoys spending time with her two boys, husband and dogs, exercising and traveling.
