Joshua A. Bell, M.D. is board certified orthopedic surgeon, fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction. He sees patients in Newnan and Peachtree City, Georgia. In addition to general orthopedics, his clinical interests include adult reconstruction. He has received fellowship training in treating problems specific to the hip and knee.

Domenic Scalamogna, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. His practice encompasses a wide variety of orthopedic conditions to include general orthopedics, sports medicine, fracture care, and joint arthroplasty of the hip, knee and shoulder. Specific arthroplasty interests include custom total knee replacement as well as anterior total hip arthroplasty, also known as front hip replacement. Total hip replacement through the front of the joint preserves important hip muscles essential for ambulation while also eliminating post-operative restrictions resulting in a more expeditious post-operative recovery.

Following completion of his general surgery internship at the National Naval Medical Center in 2002, Dr. Scalamogna completed a course in Aviation Medicine in Pensacola, FL and subsequently served as a Naval Flight Surgeon for Carrier Air Wing ONE. He participated in Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom during a six-month deployment aboard the USS Enterprise (CNV-65). Following his tour as a Naval Flight Surgeon, Dr. Scalamogna entered his orthopedic residency in 2005 at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. While at Bethesda, his unique training encompassed the evaluation and treatment of complex extremity war wound reconstruction. After 12 years of active duty service, he completed his final tour in the United States Navy as a staff orthopedic surgeon at the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy.

Actively serving the military population, Dr. Scalamogna volunteers for the Wounded Warrior Project, as well as caring for pilots and members of the aviation industry with orthopedic conditions. Dr. Scalamogna is fluent in Italian and welcomes Italian-speaking patients.

Kevin U. Park, M.D., is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship trained in spine surgery. His practice includes adult degenerative cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal pathology, traumatic spinal injuries, motion preservation technology, also known as total disc arthroplasty, and minimally invasive spinal surgery. Dr. Park has conducted research and presented at both national and international meetings. As an avid golfer, his research studying the ability of golfers to return to sport after lumbar fusion has been both an intellectual and personal endeavor. Preserving quality of life in patients led Dr. Park to become a spine surgeon. Utilizing techniques such as motion preservation technology and minimally invasive procedures can influence patient outcome, returning them to the things they love doing.

Dr. Park makes presentations on the topic of scoliosis and innovative treatment techniques within the communities in which he serves. Dr. Park is also fluent in Korean.

David A. Brcka, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is fellowship trained in sports medicine. Dr. Brcka has advanced training in arthroscopic hip preservation surgery, a minimally-invasive procedure for treating many painful hip conditions.

Dr. Brcka’s practice includes sports medicine and general orthopedics with special interest in hip arthroscopy for hip pain, total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder arthroscopy, and shoulder replacement surgery. He is also skilled at treating femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) and providing total knee arthroplasty, total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, trauma and fracture care.

Ifeanyi N. Nzegwu, MD, MPH provides orthopaedic spine care to patients in our Newnan and Peachtree City locations. As a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Nzegwu specializes in adult degenerative cervical and lumbar spinal pathology, traumatic spinal injuries, motion preservation technology (total disc arthroplasty) and minimally invasive spinal surgery.

Dr. Nzegwu attended the university of Iowa where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. He received a Masters in Public Health from Drexel University and obtained a Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences degree from Tufts University School of Medicine before completing his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Nzegwu completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center and furthered his training with a fellowship in orthopedic spinal surgery in New York, New York at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Nzegwu chose orthopedic spine as a specialty because it allows him to care for patients and provide almost instant but sustained benefits that improve their quality of life and engagement with their family and community.

Diane Payne, M.D. is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in musculoskeletal disorders of the upper extremity. She provides orthopedic care to patients in our Newnan location. Dr. Payne's practice includes comprehensive care of adult and pediatric upper extremity injuries and ailments, fracture care, as well as work injuries.

Dr. Payne graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Microbiology. She completed her Masters in Physical Therapy degree at Emory University and went on the receive her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Payne completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery as well as a Hand and Microvascular Fellowship at the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.

As one of the few female orthopedic surgeons in the Atlanta area, Dr. Payne listens carefully and spends time with her patients to understand their symptoms and goals. She also incorporates her background in physical therapy to offer both surgical and non-surgical options for managing orthopedic conditions. Michael A. McHenry, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. McHenry provides pain management and non-surgical orthopaedic care to patients through his extensive training in the management of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and sports-related injuries. Areas of his practice include nonoperative spine care, electrodiagnostic medicine, occupational and work-related injury management, interventional spine and ultrasound guided injections.
