Dr. Perumal earned his medical degree from J.S.S School of Medicine, Mysore/India and completed his residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
Dr. Perumal is board certified in Family Medicine. He has a special interest in Urgent care, been practicing Urgent care medicine for the past 7 years. Dr. Perumal worked with Medpost Urgent Care in the Atlanta area and prior to that he worked as Medical Director of Indiana University Health Urgent Care in Indiana before joining Piedmont Urgent Care Yorktown.
In his spare time, Dr. Perumal enjoys spending time with family in the beach. He enjoys playing Cricket, Tennis and Volleyball.
Patrick Railey, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in family medicine at Georgia Baptist Family Practice Residency in 1998. Dr. Railey has been in practice for 16 years on the south side of Atlanta. Making complexities in medicine understandable for patients is what he enjoys most about being a physician, because it enables patients to make great decisions regarding their health. When he is not working, Dr. Railey enjoys coaching youth sports, serving in medical missions overseas, and weight training. He is active in his local church, leading a weekly Bible study and serving as an Elder. Dr. Railey welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance providers.
Mary Lane, M.D., obtained a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology. She received a medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Dr. Lane completed a residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Lane practiced at the MetroHealth Beachwood Health Center and served as an assistant professor at Case Western Reserve University School for Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. In her spare time, Dr. Lane enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family. Dr. Lane welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
Dr. Guy Arnall, Jr. earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Arnall was born and raised in Newnan Georgia and has been in practice locally since 1993. He also acts as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner with the Federal Aviation Administration and performs FAA physicals.
In his spare time, Dr. Arnall enjoys playing tennis. Arnall welcomes most major insurance plans.
Marsha-Gail Davis, MD, MPH earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego, her MPH degree from San Diego State University and completed her internal medicine residency at Yale Primary Care Residency Program and her preventive medicine residency at University of California, San Diego. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Swarthmore College and is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a also board-certified in Preventive Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She is originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica.
Dr. Davis specializes in internal medicine, preventative medicine, lifestyle medicine and obesity medicine and combines all four specialties to assist her patients in living a long and healthy life and avoiding the morbidity and mortality that has become a familiar experience and expectation of many patients.
David Vann, M.D. earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his internal medicine residency at Emory University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Vann is board certified in internal medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Vann was in practice at the PAPP Clinic. His special interests include hypertension, diabetes and asthma.
In his spare time, Dr. Vann enjoys spending time with his three boys going to the lake, fly fishing and running. Dr. Vann welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
Savannah McKenzie, MD, earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is board-certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. McKenzie’s special interests include full-spectrum Family Medicine, which includes women’s health, child/adolescent care, preventative care, public health, and underserved populations.

LaTrenda Perkins, D.O., is board certified in Internal Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Perkins was practicing hospital medicine with Wellstar. Dr. Perkins specializes in Internal Medicine with a new focus on preventative medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Perkins enjoys spending time with family. She enjoys travel, various outdoor activities, and enjoys archeology and ancient history.
