Dr. Forys is originally from Chicago, Illinois and moved to Indiana where he completed his Undergraduate, Medical School, Residency, and Fellowship at Indiana University. Dr Forys moved to Augusta and joined Piedmont to be closer to Family in 2024.
Dr Forys has been practicing medicine for 10 years. Dr. Forys was the Director of the Endobronchial Lung Volume Reduction Program and Pulmonary Rehab at Ascension Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis Indiana. Dr. Forys was the associate program director for the Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship Program at Ascension Saint Vincent Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship. Dr. Forys has clinical interests in patient with COPD, Emphysema, Lung cancer and Critical Care.
Outside of work Dr. Forys enjoys spending time with his family. He and his Wife Samantha enjoy being outside with their dog, Sasha.
Jason S. D. Henry, MD, earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine. Dr. Henry has been practicing medicine for 10 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Henry was Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy department and Pulmonary and Critical Care staff physician at Maine General Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. Dr. Henry specializes in general pulmonology, advanced bronchoscopy and the diagnosis and management of pleural conditions. His special interests include robotic bronchoscopy and lung cancer diagnosis.
Dr. Circo specializes in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. He earned his medical degree at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. His clinical focus is on caring for patients in the intensive care unit at Piedmont Augusta.
Dr. Circo is board certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, and internal medicine. He has been practicing medicine in the Augusta area for over eight years.
