Dr. Foote is board-certified in family practice. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, he worked as a family practice physician at the Perimeter North Family Practice in Woodstock and the Madigan Army Medical Center in Ft. Lewis, Washington. Dr. Foote received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his internship and residency at East Tennessee State University in Kingsport, Tennessee. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has a special interest in adult preventative medicine. Dr. Foote is married with one daughter. He enjoys Southern gospel music, travel, and golf.
Yacoba Hudson, M.D. is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Hudson graduated magna cum laude from William Smith College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She received her medical degree from Howard University in Washington DC and went on to complete her residency at the Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Hudson has worked as a clinical preceptor, where she supervised family medicine residents. She has also acted as a medical student mentor for the Oceania University of Medicine in Apia, Samoa. Dr. Hudson is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hudson is accepting new patients, and accepts most insurance plans.
Hima Kadiyala, M.D. is a primary care physician with Piedmont Physicians of Towne Lake. She completed her residency from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York and specializes in internal medicine. Dr. Kadiyala has experience in an inpatient and outpatient setting and believes that timely communication, education and active involvement with patients helps in their long term well-being. While she enjoys all aspects of primary care, her areas of special interest include health maintenance and preventive care, patient education, and women's health. Dr. Kadiyala is board-certified in internal medicine and a member of American College of Physicians. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Kadiyala served as vice chief of medicine and an inpatient physician at Newton Memorial Hospital. She is married and blessed with three children. During her free time she spends time with her family and enjoys travelling. Dr. Kadiyala welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
Dr. Eltarawy earned his medical degree from Alexandria University College of Medicine in Alexandria, Egypt. He completed his residency at Mercy Health System in Jamesville, Wisconsin, where he served as chief academic resident and was a research fellow at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Eltarawy is board certified. He is also certified in advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support, neonatal advanced life support, and advanced life support in obstetrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is fluent in English, French and Arabic. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, soccer, classical music and reading. Dr. Eltarawy is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
