David Rowan, MD received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over ten years.
He has a special interest in preventative care and general medicine, with a goal of helping people achieve maximum quality of life.
In his spare time, Dr. Rowan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, biking, visiting local parks, and reading or playing games with his daughters.

Nwamaka Dike, MD, is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County with majors in Biochemistry and Africana Studies. She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed her residency at Morehouse School of Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Dike was a primary care physician in Fayetteville, GA. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, with special interests in women's health, preventive medicine, and global health.
In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and exploring art and history museums.
Dr. Alena obtained his medical degree from the University of J.A. Komensky in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. He completed his first residency and is board certified in ophthalmology in Czechoslovakia. Dr. Alena later moved to Canada where he taught medical students, conducted cancer research, and received his Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Alena then traveled to the United States where he completed his residency training and fellowship in family practice at the East Tennessee State University. Dr. Alena is board certified in family medicine with extensive experience in primary care and special interests in preventive and emergency medicine and ophthalmology. He is dedicated to helping patients lead a healthy life style. Dr. Alena lives in Peachtree City with his wife, Jane, and two children. In his free time, he enjoys nature photography, orienteering running, and art and music. Dr. Alena is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Medical Association. He is available for appointments and accepts most major insurance plans.
Dr. Harris-Moore specializes in family medicine. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians and has a special interest in empowering patients to improve their health. Dr. Harris-Moore has been practicing medicine with Piedmont Physicians at Peachtree City since 1995. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and listening to jazz music.
Sandra Castle, M.D. graduated cum laude from Davidson College and earned her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her residency at Eglin Air Force Base Family Medicine Residency outside of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Dr. Castle is board certified in family medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Since 2006, Dr. Castle worked as a primary care physician for the U.S. Air Force. She treats patients of all ages with special interests in adolescent and preventive medicine. She particularly enjoys translating the complex issues of healthcare into manageable steps to a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Castle recently moved to Peachtree City with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys preparing for 10K fun runs and volunteering in the elementary school. Dr. Castle welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
Ashish Patel, MD, earned his medical degree from University of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed residency at UAB Huntsville Family Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in 2009 from the University of Houston and is board certified in the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Patel was an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician in Peachtree City.
In his spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and pickleball, and cooking.
Loida Bonney, M.D., M.P.H., earned her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and her medical degree at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center. She completed her internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Rhode Island Hospital and the Hasbro Children's Hospital. Dr. Bonney went on to attend Columbia University obtaining a Master's in Public Health. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Bonney worked in a variety of healthcare settings. She was an assistant professor of medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine. Her interest is in health disparities among underserved populations. In her spare time, Dr. Bonney enjoys jogging and going to parks and outings with family and friends.
Lorene Greene, NP earned her Doctorate in 2020 from Frontier Nursing University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her MSN from Olivet Nazarene University and BSN from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. She is the Lead Advance Practice Practitioner in Southwest Georgia and oversees APP’s in Coweta and Fayette counties. Lorene sees patients in Family And Internal Medicine.
Lorene's previous experience includes trauma surgery, pediatrics, and urgent care. Lorene enjoys partnering with physicians and patients to provide high-quality care through personalized patient treatment and education. Her interests include preventive medicine and natural health promotion. Lorene is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Lorene enjoys being outdoors, travel, and spending time with her husband and their adult children and families.
Thomasina Bailey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University, both in Savannah, GA. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Thomasina has been practicing medicine for 13 years as a Patient Care Tech, Travel Nurse, Staff Nurse, and Assistant Nurse Manager.
