Omotayo Akinmade, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and completed his post graduate training and residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center, Department of Family Medicine. He received his board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. He is available to treat urgent care illnesses. Dr. Akinmade previously managed patients from infants to the elderly in the Primary Care Department at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic. He has also worked at the National Youth Service Primary Healthcare Center in Katsina, Nigera and at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the New Hampshire Academy of Family Physicians. His focus includes preventive medicine and the treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease. Dr Akinmade believes that his patients are vital parts of the healthcare team and emphasizes the patient-centered medical home model in which the patient-provider relationship is critical for success. He believes in treating the whole individual where patients are real people with real needs. In his free time, Dr Akinmade enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids. He also enjoys football, tennis and soccer. Dr. Akinmade welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans. We are excited to welcome Dr. Akinmade’s new nurse practitioner, Paula Gonzalez Reinemer, to his care team.
Sabrina Wyllie-Adams, M.D. received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York. She went on to complete her internship and residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Wyllie-Adams treats adolescents, adults and geriatric patients and specializes in preventive medicine as well as chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and hypercholesterolemia.
In her spare time, Dr. Wyllie-Adams enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

Joi Nichols, M.D., received her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and recently completed her post graduate training and residency at Huntsville Hospital, Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children and the UAB Huntsville Health Center Clinics. Dr. Nichols is a member of the american Academy of Family Physicians and is the co-author of a research article on Skin Photo protection by Natural Polyphenols: Anti-Inflammatory, Antioxidant, and DNA Repair Mechanisms which investigated the role of polyphenols in prevention of skin cancer. Dr. Nichols specializes in family medicine and has a special interest in the management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, women's health and preventative medicine. She understands the importance of educating her patients about his/her medical condition and providing the appropriate treatment for acute/chronic disease. She believes the patient plays a huge role in his/her health through a healthy lifestyle which includes proper nutrition and exercise. She understands the importance of the doctor-patient relationship and her greatest reward is being able to help people. She enjoys reading, playing basketball, running, spending time with family, and volunteering in the community.
Paula Gonzalez-Reinemer Armstrong is a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She earned her master of science in nursing at Emory University where she completed dual certifications - Family Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Primary Care.
Paula is passionate about patient advocacy and providing compassionate, quality care to her community. Her special interests include preventative care, cardiovascular disease and diabetes management.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking and exploring new cities with her husband and family. She is excited to join Dr. Akinmade’s care team and looks forward to working together to care for his patients and establish meaningful relationships.
