I was unaware of the details of Phoenix visit because she was referred here from her primary doctor for a procedure that l thought we were there to discuss , not to perform the procedure, but l explain that to the nurse and she got everything cleared up and informed us in what we needed to know and how to proceed, which was fantastic and Dr Crow can in and answer the question we needed information on. They adjusted to what we needed without hesitation and did it with such ease. Thank you for being able to adjust with ease and not acting like you were inconvenience by my situation. Thank you
