I appreciated that Dr. Vanderpuije actually took the time to meet, engage, and consult with me. I was not passed off to someone else. Her demeanor was professional and comforting. It,Äôs hard starting with a new provider and customer service is lacking in a lot of places but not there today. I pray it continues to be that way.
