Alexander Brown, MD Neurology in Atlanta, GA

Alexander Brown, MD, is the newest neurology provider at Neuroscience Specialty Centers having joined the team in August 2026. He brings training in neurology and neurophysiology to the practice's multidisciplinary team of medical providers.

Dr. Brown earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2021. He continued his training there, completing his neurology residency in 2025, followed by a fellowship in neurophysiology at Emory University School of Medicine in 2026.

At Neuroscience Specialty Centers, Dr. Brown joins a team dedicated to evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with all neurological conditions. The practice brings together neurological care, diagnostic services, and treatment planning to help patients understand their symptoms and the next steps in their recovery.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Brown enjoys cooking and gardening. He is also an avid cycler in his spare time. The team at Neuroscience Specialty Centers is excited to have Dr. Brown as part of the team and is looking forward to his success as a medical provider.
