Dr. Gonzalez-Jacobo is a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive and Bariatric surgeon. He completed his General Surgery residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY. He continued his surgical training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he completed a Fellowship in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive surgery. During his fellowship he was able to refine his endoscopic, robotic and advanced laparoscopic surgical skills. Being Cuban-American he is fluent in Spanish.
