The check-in process at the desk was quick and the employee was both efficient and was very helpful coaching me through the screens. I was taken back into pre-op on time at 0700 and prepped for surgery. The team in the pre-op area were very pleasant and the environment very clean and updated. The out patient procedure team were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Post op I was greeted by a staff member, and soon thereafter visited by my doctor for an update about the procedure and next steps. The nurse came in and removed my IV. I dressed and was promptly wheeled out to my ride. I was very impressed by the experience. Exceptional job for every team member taking care of me !!!
