Competent and caring providers, all ! Waiting room could use upgrade; for ambulatory and disabled entrance/exiting, waiting and parking. Very crowded and not handicapped friendly. Ms. Francisco brough brightness and cheer with her as she dealt with patients. Dr. McCall signaled a willingness to listen and to reassure/encourage patients who needed a personal touch. Very professional and approachable. Front line staff were efficient and, despite being harried, were able to smile and welcome patients.
