I needed a refill on my cholesterol medication and didn,Äôt receive it. Everyone is not on the same page. I felt very insecure here today!

Annalise Bass is the most caring person in the building now. But her hands is tied. My wife and I are very disappointed in the way the whole place is being handled now. The way patients are being treated now. it is not Dr. Bass,Äòs problem. She is only a NP. But this whole place has went downhill really fast here on my last visit and my wife,Äôs last visit. Was a disaster. Management needs to open their eyes and make a big change. Alpha has been my doctor. For over three years now. But my wife and I are ashamed of alpha internal medicine the way it is being run today. Thanks for everything you,Äôve done for us Annalyce Bass. Dr. Carol. Everyone that has taken care of my wife and I for the past three years. But it looks like it,Äôs time for us to move on and find a different doctor.
