Serenity,Äôs physician assistant was extremely professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout our visit. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained Serenity,Äôs injury and recovery process in a way we both understood. She answered all of our questions, provided helpful tips for caring for Serenity at home, and helped ease both of our worries during a stressful time. She never made us feel rushed and showed genuine concern for Serenity,Äôs comfort and healing. As a parent, that level of care means a great deal. We truly appreciate and value the care and compassion she provided.
