She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and thoroughly explained Serenity,Äôs injury and recovery process in a way we both understood. She answered all of our questions, provided helpful tips for caring for Serenity at home, and helped ease both of our worries during a stressful time. She never made us feel rushed and showed genuine concern for Serenity,Äôs comfort and healing. As a parent, that level of care means a great deal. We truly appreciate and value the care and compassion she provided.
