She spoke very clearly and was very easy for me to understand which is nice because i'm hard of hearing. She also was concerned with my son's future and not just putting a band aid on things so to speak. Instead of giving him an injection we are going to work on strengthening his back and losing a little bit of weight which will help him tremendously in the long run
