I was pleased as stated above.

Only issue with visit was wait times were a little longer than I would have liked.

Yes I would recommend others to this care provider. I also recommend my daughter to see her too. Oh and my mother is also seeing her too. Very good doctor.

It was a good experience.

Only bad part was she never called in the antibiotic nor cream to the pharmacy. I had to call on call number & another dr. from another practice called it in for me. The on call person connected me with *Dr. F_____ personally - Which made me feel bad to have had to disturb him on a Friday night.

*Dr. Durand has always been professional and very caring toward her patients.

Very thorough and listens and explains in detail what she is doing and what needs to be done.

Already have recommended several people.

#4. Had a hearing test & with ear infection should had waited to clean infection, instead said I had an hearing lost - to follow up with a hearing aid.

After an extended wait time, I would've appreciated the doctor spending a little more time in the room with us.

Fortunately I was *Dr. Durand's last patient of the day, as such, she was very gracious in giving me more of her time to discuss my medical issue, which I very much appreciated.

Dr. Durand's time management issues seem to be a habit. She was late arriving at the office (not just behind in seeing patients) on this visit [Redacted] I had waited in the exam room for 48 mins. after my appt. time before she arrived to the office. Front desk & nurses says that her late to work is normal.

Very comfortable with my Dr. Durand.

Dr. Durand is the best professional & wonderful bedside manner.

I recently recommended Dr. Durant to a friend who contacted the office for an appointment. The office is approximately 30 miles from my home the drive is worth it.

All very good no problems.

She seemed rushed. She came in told me there was no damage to my ear drums & told me to do nasal rinses & sent me on my way.

Provider seemed to be nonchalant about my issue. Spent very little time w/me.

Dr. Durand has earned great confidence by me & my family. She is a VERY good doctor & shows great compassion & providers excellent care. She coordinates well with other physicians as needed for care.

Dr. Durand is very caring & kind to me as a patient. Always a professional and very knowledgeable.

I've been with this provider for years and know that she knows my history and takes care of me.

Not concern and does not give you time to speak or talk over you. 8 ["Amount of time spent with you"] . Fist time about 8 min. Sec. time less than 5.
