She then began to ask relevant questions regarding the said material and my oral briefing. She is very professional, organized, calm and focused. After our discussion, a physical, and review of my records, she immediately provided a clear and concise path forward designed to find a probable cause, if not true cause, of my problem. Outstanding work!
