His staff was wonderful and pleasant and a joy to deal with and talk to. Dr Nelson was comforting he was polite he introduced himself immediately he asked questions he spoke clearly and he took his time he did not rush with me and that meant a lot.

The doctor was very professional and listened to me while being very detailed in explaining his concerns regarding my foot pain. We discussed the actions I had taken and he listened to me in regards to how I felt as a patient in what ways he could help me. So many doctors today just walk in and give a diagnosis and treatment plan without the input from their patients and I never felt like that with Dr Neilson. Would definitely recommend him to anybody who has issues with their feet.

I picked up on the fact that my doctor surgeon Doctor Shaffer also was comfortable. The surgeon only did his best for me in your facility, but he did the best worthy of a 10.
