Cantey Hattink Dogan, MD Obstetrics and Gynecology in Atlanta, GA

Canty Dogan is wonderful, and I am very happy with her. She is thoughtful, kind, and explains everything very thoroughly. She also takes time to listen. High ratings for her in particular. However, my problem with the office in general, is mostly with the receptionist staff. They are very rude and unprofessional. When I walked in yesterday, one receptionist was slumped over in her chair, on the phone with clients doing appointment reminder calls. She looked up at me like I was an annoyance and didn't even acknowledge me. She went back to scrolling her phone (while calling patients). So I stepped over to the other receptionist next to her, who looked equally as annoyed that I was standing there. She did not crack a smile, say hello, or offer an ounce of decent customer service. She was rude and short with me. This is not the first time either. I usually have a similar experience when I go to the office. It's getting very old. And it needs to be addressed. How about hiring professionals? People who actually want to have a job and act like it.

Dr. Dogan is the best. Her depth of expertise, calm in the storm, and empathetic listening skills will keep me coming back for years.

Dr. Dogan was personable, friendly, and she listened well. She answered all my questions and has great a bedside manner. I,Äôm glad I found her. I sent a follow question a few hours after my appointment and she has already responded.
