He,Äôs really quick and fast. I never feel rushed. And the fact that he has diabetes is very helpful because he knows what I,Äôm going through and he knows all of the latest technology.

What really stands out to me is that he,Äôs also a diabetic himself. That matters. A lot. He understands the day-to-day realities, the tradeoffs, the frustrations, and the discipline required. When he talks about treatment options, lifestyle adjustments, or long-term planning, it comes from experience, not theory. You can tell he knows exactly what he,Äôs talking about because he,Äôs walked the walk. We,Äôre also similar in age, which creates an added level of comfort and confidence. There,Äôs an unspoken understanding, and honestly, some peace of mind in knowing that this is someone I can see myself working with for a long time. In a world where continuity of care is getting harder and harder to find, that matters more than people realize. I don,Äôt feel like I,Äôm constantly starting over or explaining my history to someone new every few years. The appointment never felt rushed. Questions were encouraged. He is my first diabetes doctor and he takes the time to explain things to me about diabetes and I feel like he can relate with me because he also has diabetes. He is a very good doctor and I would recommend him to others!

He is efficient. He shows empathy. He clearly cares about outcomes and he is always working to make my experiences better as we navigate my care plan. His personality is great and he relates to me as a person not just a patient and this attribute cannot be taught as it is part of the person he is and makes the experience there much less stressful when you have to address a chronic condition like diabetes.
