Courtney is from southern Wisconsin. She graduated from Emory University with a BA in English. After working in retail management, she returned to Emory University to attend the physician assistant program. She received a master of medical science and is a certified physician assistant. She has enjoyed 23 years of practice at Atlanta Women's Healthcare.
Courtney is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants, and an educational affiliate of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
