Crystal Octavia Slade, MD

Crystal Slade, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Southern Crescent Women's Healthcare in both Fayetteville and Stockbridge, Georgia. In 2016, Dr. Slade was named best OB/GYN by Fayette County Lifestyles Magazine, and patients agree that she lives up to the title. She develops a relationship with each patient, getting to know their personal needs and preferences for treatment. She performs routine checkups and treatments including MonaLisa Touch® hysterectomies and cryotherapy.

Dr. Slade began her education at Howard University in Washington where she was recognized for outstanding achievement in undergraduate research. She earned her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, before completing the residency program at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann in Philadelphia.

When Dr. Slade isn't in either office treating patients, she loves to spend time with her children. She is very adventurous with a love for nature and traveling. Between international trips, she enjoys biking, baking, gardening, and watching action movies.
