The office staff was very nice, the nurse assistant was ready for me when I got off the elevator and took me right to the room, Dr Sheehan was very professional and polite.

He was very kind and helpful with the situation. He asked me multiple times if I had any questions about any of it. He did his best to explain everything that was going to happen and told me everything I needed to do at home to get the area well as soon as could possibly be.
