David Christopher Bury, DO Family Medicine in Columbus, GA

David C. Bury, DO, MPH, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician with 14 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. He values building long-term relationships with individuals and families, listening carefully and partnering with them through shared decision-making. His clinical and professional interests include chronic disease management, nutrition, medical education, and physician professional development.

Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Bury served on active duty in the U.S. Army, including as Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Martin Army Community Hospital. He completed a fellowship in Leader and Faculty Development at Madigan Army Medical Center, earned his Master of Public Health from the University of Washington, and is an Associate Professor at Mercer University School of Medicine.
