PLEASE NOTE: Front Desk personnel on the day of my appointment were excellent, they came from Dr Cundey,Äôs office and were friendly and very helpful. Dr Clark is excellent, I,Äôve been his patient since 2009. However, the front desk personnel didn,Äôt call me for an appointment for 2 weeks after (2) cardiac ER visits and Dr Paul Cundey referral to Dr Clark. I had to have a family member drive me to the office to schedule my appointment. The young lady at the desk said ,ÄúYou can,Äôt have an appointment without a referral,Äù I said ,ÄúYou have had the referral for over (2) weeks with no return calls from me. A patient should not have to physically drive to the office to make an appointment.
