I love it that the staff made me feel very comfortable. I was taken care of from the time I walked in the ER until the time walked out. The nurses station that was closest to me was the Cool Kids corner. Thank the doctor that took care of me and explained everything to me that gave me a sense of calming. Ektaa Hemant Patel was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand how past trauma, menapause and other factors can contribute to my current symptoms. She changed my medication and properly informed me that we will start the new medication at the lowest dose and then increase the dosage as needed. Making sure I understood this process is important to understand my options.
