Overall pleased. However the appointment times are always behind schedule. In some incidents more than 1 hour.

Excellent!!! Dr. LaCayo is always consistent and genuinely caring! He clearly explained my next steps, set expectations for test result timelines, and reassured me about follow-up. I always feel like I am in great hands.

Dr. Lacayo is a nice guy and a good doctor - but the scheduling at the office can be a problem. My appointment was for 10:40 but it took until about 11:30 before i got to the exam room. There seems to be a lot of pressure to move patients through the system "quickly" - despite the wait.

Attention to detail and humor is appreciated. He will tell you if he doesn't like what he observed, ie., weight gain, blood pressure, etc. so don't ever take it personal. üòä Just shows how much he cares!

Dr.Lacayo is a very caring person he loves his patients, he does not rush his patient. He take his time and listen to his patient. he make sure what is really going on with you, I guarantee you he gonna run all the test to make sure what he is treating you for I love that about him. This doctor is a people person. He really love his job.

I would recommend Dr Lacayo anytime He,Äôs a great doctor very patient , to make a long story short. He love his job. He,Äôs very approachable understanding. Listen well Take his time with his patience. I love that about him I personally would not change him for another doctor.

Dr Lacayo is a very caring. He listens to his patients. He includes them in the plan of care. He explains the why, when and he is thorough.

Very helpful

Good bedside manners; Dr. E looks over/at any progress I have made. He is very observant when he see legs swollen. Wants me to get weight and A1C down. Quick to send me to a specialist, like today, wisdom teeth needs to come out got referred to hospital surgical dental clinic, I should him right lower leg wound needs attention after some 9 yrs healed. Received prescription refills. Overall, he and staff good people.

We just think he is the GREATEST Doctor !!!
