I had met Erin before a couple of years ago and liked her a lot then, but today she was truly outstanding. Came away feeling she heard my concerns, was extremely knowledgeable and articulate regarding what my pancreas issues are OR are not, and most of all, she put my mind at ease with her explanations. Dr Yanda is very lucky (blessed) to have her as his nurse practitioner and though I am definitely fond of him, she is a wonderful substitute if he is unavailable.
Erin listened to me, answered my questions and did not make me feel hurried. She is clearly very knowledgeable and responsive. I feel very confident being seen by her and would welcome any visit with her.
