Fahad Khan, MD

Dr. Khan completed his nephrology fellowship from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. He completed his internal medicine residency as well. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Khan practiced nephrology in the desert resort towns of southern California including Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage before moving to the south Atlanta metropolitan area to practice nephrology here.
Dr. Khan is double board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. Dr. Khan specializes in chronic and acute kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, dialysis including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy.
