Dr. Lacksen was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns with concern and care. I really appreciated the fact that she truly listened and didn't try to hurry me out of the appointment.

Dr Lacksen is always well prepared, well informed, and a good listener. I feel that she gives me excellent advice and does not dismiss my concerns or my requests for naturopathic solutions to minor problems. She explains the science or the methods behind tests and exams so that I can better understand what the results are.
