Dr. Chu listens to her patients. She takes time to explain and review her findings. She has a warm, friendly personality.

I was in a lot of pain - but was able to get triaged and a room rather quickly. All the nurses and support staff were sympathetic and caring. It would have been nice to have seen the dr on his rounds - but the nurse practitioner was great Overall - feeling much better
