Family, friendly, courteous, and tries to get you in and out very quickly

The doctor was very kind and sympathetic. However the medical assistant was very rude to me. She asked me was I looking to start seeing Dr. Smith as my PCP. I told her I was not. She then said, ,Äúthis is not urgent care. You just can,Äôt come see him,Äù. It was not just what she said it was her tone. I see a Piedmont physician across town whose office told me I can visit another doctor. I,Äôm well aware of urgent care being an option but I was looking to find a back up physician but I didn,Äôt feel the need to defend myself to her. I mentioned this to the doctor who told me I was welcomed to come see him when I needed to. Again he was very kind but the MA really was rude and I think she forgot I paid for the visit I didn,Äôt ask her to pay for it.
