Heather Elizabeth Payne Brooker, FNP-C

Heather Brooker, MSN, APRN, FNP-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing focused on Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Jacksonville University. She also received a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbus State University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She has been an RN for over 20 years and previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Nursing for 9 years before practicing as a full-time nurse practitioner. She treats acute illnesses as well as chronic diseases. Her special interests include preventive care, wellness exams, and management of chronic diseases including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and antique shopping. She is accepting new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
