Dr. Carter is always a pleasure. My kids are never afraid of a doctors appointment. They always look forward to seeing Dr. Carter whether they are well or sick. I trust Dr. Carter completely as my children,Äôs pediatrician. I have always had positive and personable experiences with Dr. Carter. We love him, as he has been part of our family for over 15 years!
