She gave me important information and answered my questions in a manner that felt personal and that she is concerned in my plan of treatment and in actually controlling the disease. It felt like I was talking to a friend which made me feel like I was able to ask whatever questions however I felt comfortable. I also understood what she was staying and didn,Äôt feel like I needed to look up certain terminology.
