Dr. Gilligan is simply amazing. Words could likely never express how helpful and insightful Dr. Gilligan has been and is for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable on research and yet understanding of the individual human variation, which is what truly sets her apart. She cites research yet provides reasonable steps to meet such goals. In all of my experience, Dr. Gilligan is a cheerleader to/for her patients in a way I've never experienced. She celebrates the small wins with you and then gives a solid lay-up that if you can do that, then the next step is going to be hard but so doable and also so much more satisfying at the end. Again - with doable steps and her amazing positive attitude that truly makes you feel good and motivated. And that is infectious. She's helped me a ton in many ways. My sincerest gratitude and appreciation to her and doctors like her.
