This Provider was very sweet, very thorough and very informative. I was doing this visit just to comply with my Endo Dr I had every intention to decline the test out of fear. However, she made me feel at ease and I agreed to schedule my procedure. She went above and beyond to explain the process and found out the answers to my questions on the spot. Lastly, she booked me a quick appointment in an effort to get it over with

Both Karen and Kenya were polite, courteous and professional. Everything about my upcoming procedure was explained in a way I understood and my questions were answered accordingly.

Karen answered all my questions. The only issue I have is I could not return the scheduler's phone call after I spoke with Aetna. Went through all prompts to no avail. A direct call back number would have been appreciated. My insurance company does not Show Dr. P or facility in network, which I think is incorrect. Anyway, Aetna left a voice mail on your main phone number for someone to call to discuss procedure code and to get NPI. I will schedule once all this settled.
