I felt that my concerns were not even addressed. She gave me a plan of treatment completely different than I wanted, and this is fine because she is the NP not me, but I felt that she did not take the time to even listen to what I was concerned about or what I know about my body and how I am feeling. The questions she asked made no sense to me and when I tried to answer them, my answer did not seemed acknowledge, like she already had a plan in mind regardless of what I was going to say.

Katherine was phenomenal. She showed so much care and sympathy, and truly listened to my concerns. I was really struggling, and she validated me as well as came up with actionable next steps that we could try to move forward. She is a fantastic provider.

Dr Mitzel - was very attentive and caring. She asked me several times for my thoughts. I found her genuinely interested In my care. My only issue, knowing I had undergone surgery (less than a year from the date) to repair the very same thing, she proceeded to prescribe medications & create a treatment plan as if my case/symptoms were new.

Katherine was very warm, kind, and understanding. I felt as though she actually listened to me.

Front desk staff need to explain the procedure for video calls.

Very Good Experience

The video issues may have been on my side, not the medical office. However, doing the call by phone was perfectly fine for the need. In fact, it was easier as I didn't have to worry about pointing the phone to my face! I prefer video-less when not absolutely required as I can just put earphone on and lay the phone on the table.

I felt connected with Catherine, she was very knowledgeable and suggested several ways for me to mitigate my problem. She seems genuinely concerned and sincere about helping me fix my problems.

The PA, Katherine, was absolutely fabulous! She listened intently; asked probing questions; and made concrete suggestions for changes to make my condition and pain level much better. She also described the procedure which she was recommending to Dr. Stewart, for me to have with clarity and care. My fear level was much deflated.
