I had a severe UTI at my visit prior to this one. I did not have this when I scheduled this check-up appointment where an ultrasound was done. I wanted to get a urine test to determine what antibiotics I needed for this infection. I was told by the check out person that they could not do this and I needed to go to an urgent care. In an urology office for goodness sake. Dr. Gilbert is a very good Urologist. I appreciate him and his nursing staff. But his office staff need to be looked at.
