In general I am really impressed with the quality of the office staff. My appointment needed to be changed at the last minute and they made it easy. I was able to make a virtual appointment the same day. I also continue to be impressed with the quality of the physicians and doctors, despite the turnover rate (4 primary care providers in 12 months!). Doctor Patel was kind and thoughtful and bright.
