I did all the talking, the entire visit lasted under 3 minutes, yet I had to pay as if I had been seen in person for a 15+ minute visit. That's not acceptable.

I will never stop singing *Dr. Dyson's praises! She is the best doctor I have had in my life. She doesn't treat you like a number. She has always treated me like a friend. *Dr. Dyson genuinely takes the time to get to know her patients which means a lot to me.

Took over a week to call in 1 Rx and 3 days to call in another Rx. This was with me calling to remind provider to call Rx's to pharmacy. Also provider only talked about one treatment plan & didn't fully explain diagnosis & prognosis.
