The entire process, from booking the morning video appointment to the meeting itself, was simple, straightforward, and on time. Kristen,Äôs demeanor was friendly, with a good sense of humor and a high level of professionalism. She carefully addressed all of my concerns about this new-to-me medication. The video visit was a wonderful alternative to driving 20 miles for an in-office appointment.
