It was great. We had dealt with Amy until she retired. Very pleased with Laura. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions about our health history. Look forward to seeing her in the future.

I was very pleased with the provider the nurse practitioner that I saw today, but I was disappointed in my appointment. I had seen Lottie Devonport two weeks ago diagnosed with bronchitis. I also was very pleased with this nurse practitioner however, I was still sick the following week and tried to make an appointment to go back to Lottie to see what else could be done. I called on a Wednesday and they told me that there were no openings for her or for another nurse that I had seen Saturday night, I pulled up my chart and made an appointment with Lottie on Monday morning for 1130 when I get to the office on Monday morning the girl that was behind the desk told me that I had the wrong appointment that I wasn,Äôt supposed to see Anyone until sometime in September which I,Äôm scheduled to get a flu shot. She got a little aggravated I would say with me because I kept saying that I had called and made an appointment to see Lottie at 11:30. She told me that I could not see Lottie because Lottie had a patient and could not see me. She told me that this other person could see me and so I decided I would since I was so sick I decided I would take anyone. I am new to this practice.i have made four visits in the last three weeks. My first visit was with Kimberly P. Second visit was with Lottie D. Dottie was busy so then I was supposed to see Laura. The LN that finally saw me was very professional. My problem is I want to be seen by the same person each time unless there is a emergency.
