Dr. Carpenetti is an outstanding physician! She listens very carefully, provides valuable feedback, and demonstrates superior medical knowledge. Throughout the many years that I have been blessed to have her as my internist, she consistently goes above and beyond to encourage a healthy life style. Her wise advice on vaccinations, tests, referrals, are excellent. I appreciate her compassionate care and highly recommend Dr. Carpenetti! The office staff at Comprehensive Internal Medicine in Alpharetta location is courteous and efficient.

The only problem I had with Dr C was that after the nurse did the initial intake I waited in the exam room for about 30 minutes. On the plus side the did come in and reassured me that we had not been forgotten

I met with Doctor Carpenetti for the first time for my yearly check up. She was amazing! She reviewed my medical history with me thoroughly and thoughtfully with compassion and care. She developed a plan to follow up with any of my concerns. It has been a long time since I have received an overall in depth evaluation of my total health.
